In order to protect the safety and wellbeing of all Top Hat team members and our customers the following procedures must be followed

-Each employee must complete a daily COVID 19 screening questionnaire

-Each employee in the field will be provided with their own supply of hand sanitizer, this hand sanitizer must be used before entering a worksite and upon leaving a worksite.

-Before entering a customer’s home you must ask the customer if anyone in the home is displaying COVID 19 symptoms or has tested positive for COVID 19; if there is possible exposure we will reschedule the work once the exposure risk has passed.

-Physical distancing of 2 meters should be maintained between all people at all times. When physical distancing is not possible face masks must be used.

-Tools work areas and vehicles need to be kept clean, tools should not be shared.

-In order to maintain physical distancing at Top Hat’s Merivale shop, field employees should stay out of the office as much as possible, only entering one at a time for clean up, washroom use, filling out timesheets, submitting paperwork, etc.
